Rumbledthumps with Mimosa
Enjoy our signature dish. Rumbledthumps consist of crushed potato and shredded cabbage with tasty English cheddar and cider braised smoked middle pork (or the option of honey cured salmon or creamy mushrooms), with a soft poached egg and hollandaise.
The dish will be served with a Mimosa or another hot drink of your choice.
