INCA’s Rapido Menu

INCA’s Rapido Menu is designed to be shared between two, is available for lunches and dinners, for bookings or walk-ins prior to 6pm.

The Rapido Menu includes your choice of ceviche:

Classico: market fish, leche de tigre, potato crisps, red onion and corn; or

Pacifica: market fish, coconut, coriander, aji chilli and red onion; or

Rio: big glory bay salmon, fermented chilli and passionfruit, ikura, rice cracker and red onion; or

Tokyo: tuna, green apple wafu, sesame and sweet soy tortilla.

Served with:

Black cod and tiger prawn spring roll and black vinegar sesame dipping.

Smoked beef short rib empanada, teriyaki, wasabi and pickled red onion.

Crispy 5-spiced duck & green papaya salad, hoisin lime dressing, mint, coriander and sunflower seeds.
