Affettato. Selected cured meats, pecorino cheese, and aromatic pickled eggplants [gf];
Olives. Mixed marinated olives [v] [gf].

Porchetta aka Pork Bun
Thick slices of cured, rolled and oven roasted pork belly with Provolone cheese and friarielli (turnip tops) work superbly together within our housemade pizza dough bun – baked on order, a la minute.
The final touch is the legendary Cipriani sauce invented in the 1950s by Giuseppe Cipriani from Harry’s Bar in Venice –the genius Chef behind the carpaccio.
This has been a signature dish at Farina since 2016.
