Entree: Salted tofu on perilla leaf with peanuts, toasted coconut and palm sugar dressing served alongside roasted eggplant, chilli and mushroom dip with crispy tofu curd and fresh cucumber
Main: A choice of wok-seared eggplant and tofu with straw mushroom and lemongrass OR crispy tofu red curry with snake beans, straw mushrooms, green peppercorns and Thai basil.
Both mains are served with a choice of jasmine rice or sticky rice, and silken tofu and peanut sauce with Asian greens, and Thai green papaya salad with tomatoes, snake beans, lime and peanuts.
Dessert: Wild sticky rice pudding with caramelised pineapple, young coconut, palm seeds, cashews and coconut sauce.
