A taste of Azabu menu showcasing some of the Azabu favourites and a new style temaki sushi. Choose from a selection of tostadas, ceviche, temaki sushi, dumplings and larger plates. The menu is available for two or more people for lunch and dinner.

Edamame
with wasabi salt

Tostada 2pc. Choice of:
• Beef with truffle sesame dressing, shiitake mushroom and pickled daikon;
Or
• Tomato with avocado, pickled red onion, jalapeno and coriander;
Or
• Tuna with corn, wasabi tartar, pickled daikon, chopped jalapeno and red onion.

Ceviche. Choice of:
• Tuna ceviche with rocoto ponzu, sesame, wakame, avocado and shichimi lotus chip;
Or
• Aji Amarillo coconut ceviche, white fish, pineapple, green pepper, red onion, aji amarillo, coconut cream, chilli and lime;
Or
• Lychee with rocoto ponzu, sesame, wakame, avocado and shichimi lotus chip.

Temaki. Choice of:
• Scallop, yuzu kosho, and tobiko;
Or
• Salmon, umeboshi and pickled ginger;
Or
• Grilled avocado, pickled red onion and coriander.

Dumplings 2 pc. Choice of:
• Artichoke with mushroom puree and chilli almond;
Or
• Spicy pork gyoza with szechuan pepper and aji amarillo;
Or
• Black tiger prawn dumpling with aji verde, purple kumara crisps and almond powder.

To finish. Choice of:
• Big glory bay salmon with saikyo miso, pickled red onion and lemon;
Or
• Tofu katsu with szechuan black bean miso and Asian slaw;
Or
• Honey soy pork belly with daikon pickle, red cabbage and yuzu miso.
